Fix iMessage setting on iPhone.
Go to Settings app on iPhone and tap on Messages > Send & Receive > Under “YOU CAN BE REACHED BY IMESSAGE AT” >. In there you can see your mobile number and email. A check mark should appear both email and phone number. If not there, you need to tap on it.
Check Your Apple Account
You need to login apple account from this link https://appleid.apple.com/ and see your credentials are correct.
Go to message app on Mac and Under “Account,” your email and mobile number are there. If not you can add it.

Go to Messages app > Preferences > Accounts > Click Enable this account > you can Select the email address you have registered with the Apple ID when you create.
